The founder
Muhammad Hassan Saggaf
I started Shunli Solutions because I was tired of seeing Kenyan businesses buy software that didn't fit them. Either they got forced into a global tool built for a different world, or they got sold a Frankenstein of Excel and WhatsApp by someone charging consulting fees for common sense.
My work is different. I specialise in one stack — ERPNext and the Frappe framework it's built on — and I build, customise, and run it for companies that want to grow without losing control of their data.
I'm based in Mombasa, work with clients across Kenya, and I pick up the phone when you call.
What I do well

Software serves the business, not the other way round. If a feature doesn't save time or reduce error, it doesn't belong.

We'd rather build something small that works than something big that impresses. Complexity is the enemy of reliability.
